6-foot Welded Wire Kits with Top Wire

The tall 6-foot 14-ga. black welded wire kits listed here have no top rails but produce fences that are only slightly more visible and quite a lot stronger than metal hexagrid fences. So if you like a low-visibility rectilinear look, want a very strong fence, aren’t worried about climbing (because your dog is not a climber), and don’t mind the higher cost, consider our welded wire kits.

All these welded wire kits come with everything you need — including the  fencing, round black steel posts with drive sleeves, easy installation instructions, and all the small parts needed to construct the fence. The 6-foot kits listed here come in lengths of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600 feet. They have an expected life of 20+ years.

If your welded wire fence is going to serve as a safety fence around a swimming pool, you may find that local codes call for a fence top that cannot be pushed to one side more than a few inches. In that case you may wish to consider one of our welded wire fences with top rails, which are available in 4 and 6-foot heights and in lengths of 100, 200, and 300 feet. However, because the top rail about doubles the amount of steel pipe in the fence, this significantly increases the cost. So if no top rail is required you will probably be best off selecting from the fences without top rails listed here.
