Shipping Charges: Domestic shipments within the contiguous 48 states pay 11% of the merchandise value for values of $135 or more. Shipping charges for lower merchandise values are as follows $0-15 = $6 (plus a $5 small order fee); $15-40 = $8; $40-70 = $11; $70-100 = $13; and $100-135 = $15.

Delivery: Orders generally ship within 48 hours of receipt except on weekends. This time may be longer during our peak season in April-May. Most of our products leave from Maryland; depending on the distance involved, you should receive them in one to five business days from the time they leave the warehouse.

Carriers: We use FedEx ground, FedEx freight, UPS ground, and other services.

International shipments may be subject to customs delays and fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns: PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO OUR MASSACHUSETTS ADDRESS. If you find a product simply does not meet your needs, you may return it in new condition, suitable for sale to another customer, within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee, with a minimun of $10.00, will be deducted from your refund. Failure to follow this procedure may jeopardize your refund.

Damaged Goods: We are not responsible for damage to your shipment that is done by the carrier. Please report such damage to the carrier immediately, and then advise us so that we can provide any replacements needed.

Other Defects:

WARRANTIES: All of the fence chargers and some of the other products that we offer come with manufacturer’s warranties. If you have a problem with one of these products, please call the manufacturer for advice, repair, replacement, or a refund.

PERFORMANCE: Should any product you purchase from us prove defective, please contact us within 20 days of your invoice date so that we can confirm your problem and arrange for an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Consultation: In general, if you have any problem with your animal control measures, please call or Email us and we will try to help. If the difficulty involves one of our products, we will do our best to work things out with you. We do have a lot of useful experience, and we’re realistic about our products’ practical abilities.
